Play-by-Play & Broadcasts

I have spent the past three baseball seasons as the Lake Country DockHounds Play-by-Play announcer. Linked above are broadcast samples & reels in addition to other examples of my broadcasting.

Writing

During school, I wrote about San Diego sports remotely for East Village Times while reporting in Arizona for Sports360AZ and Cronkite News. I also held writing responsibilities in Lake Country.

Podcasts

Over the past five years, I’ve worked on several podcasts ranging from baseball, to football, and even basketball.

I am a graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Journalism.

I grew up playing baseball in San Diego and attending Padres games. When I wasn’t able to attend the games, I was fortunate enough to be able to listen to Padres broadcasters Matt Vasgersian, Ted Leitner, Dick Enberg, and now Don Orsillo and Jesse Agler.

Listening to them made me realize that I wanted to be a baseball broadcaster. This led me to the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, where I also found passion in writing and storytelling.
